How does the subscription work?
PairCare offers a simple subscription model at $3.99/month or $14.99/year.
When one partner subscribes, both partners get full access to all premium features.
You can manage your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your free trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using PairCare.
If your partner has already subscribed, you can connect with them to regain access
without needing a separate subscription.
How do I disconnect from my partner?
You can disconnect from your partner at any time:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap on "Partner Connection"
- Select "Disconnect"
Is my data secure and private?
Yes! We take your privacy seriously. All your data is encrypted and stored securely.
Only you and your connected partner can access your shared information.

I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
If you're not receiving notifications:
- Check that notifications are enabled in your device Settings for PairCare
- Make sure you haven't force-closed the app
- Verify that your device is connected to the internet
- Check if Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on your device
- Try logging out and back in to refresh your notification settings
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
- Open the PairCare app and go to Settings
- Tap on "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to cancel through App Store or Google Play
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
