"PairCare", "we", "our" refers to the PairCare mobile application and its operators.
"You" refers to the user of the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PairCare (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
PairCare is a relationship management application designed to help couples stay connected through shared calendars, to-do lists, conversation topics, and reminders.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- PairCare is provided for informational and reminder purposes only
- The App is not a medical device
- We do not provide professional medical advice
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical decisions
- Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Taking medication as prescribed by your healthcare provider (if applicable)
- Entering accurate and up-to-date information
- Making your own health decisions
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
5. Notifications
- Notifications are provided as reminders only
- Delivery of notifications depends on device settings, operating system limitations, network conditions, and user permissions
- Notifications may not be delivered if the App is force-closed, background execution is restricted, the device is offline, or notifications are disabled
- You should not rely solely on the App for critical health-related decisions
6. Subscription and Billing
PairCare offers subscription-based access to premium features. When one partner subscribes, both connected partners receive access to premium features.
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play Store policies
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairCare shall not be liable for:
- Missed pills, incorrect usage, or medication errors
- Health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App
- Missed or delayed notifications
- Technical failures or service interruptions
- Loss of data or content
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could harm PairCare or its users
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
